-
Any employee becoming a parent (new or veteran)—regardless of gender—will benefit from coaching, including birth parents, non-birth parents, adoptive parents, and those working with a surrogate. The transition from working person to working parent is a significant change, even if not the first time. Topics relevant to all include career progression, juggling priorities, and dividing responsibilities at home. During each session, the coach will cater to the participant’s individual needs.
-
Parental Transition Coaching can be scheduled at your employee’s convenience, beginning approximately 60 days prior to leave. Participants often find this coaching to be a valuable time saver, as it helps them efficiently plan for leave and make the best use of their time at both work and home upon their return.
-
Your coach will advise the manager on best practices for supporting the employee during all phases of leave, and on being a partner in their career development going forward.
-
AWC has been working with investment firms for over 15 years. Our coaches possess extensive knowledge of the industry, roles, and the firms we partner with. Everything shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, and the coaching will be fully tailored to meet each participant’s individual needs.
