  • Before starting AWC, our founder, Michelle Friedman, spent 12 years in corporate banking and the financial software industry, holding key relationship management and marketing roles. She started AWC to bridge gaps she saw in the women’s pipeline, eventually expanding to team leadership and organization-wide initiatives.

  • Every AWC coach has deep expertise in your industry, and over time, we gain an extensive knowledge of your firm’s culture and people. We know the difference between an LP and a GP, and we deeply understand the demands required at every level of your firm.

  • We coach every level, from Associates to Partners and CEOs. Our core team leadership program focuses on mid-level leaders, Principals/VPs, because they are the connective tissue of your firm, with bridge programs connecting them to junior and senior levels. Click here to learn more.

  • Our cohort programs tend to have 20 participants or less. Our firm-wide programs often have 40-80. We can make a recommendation to you depending on your developmental goals.
